Age Restriction
FiftyEight PR is an adults-only venue. Entry is restricted to individuals aged 21 and over. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for admission. By using this Site to submit reservation requests or any other inquiries, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who cannot provide valid identification or who appears to be under the required age.
Event Tickets & Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. Please review all event details — including date, time, location, and lineup — before purchasing.
- Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date indicated
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced
- FiftyEight PR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events
- In the event of a cancellation by FiftyEight PR, a venue credit may be offered at our discretion
Reservation requests submitted through this Site are subject to availability and do not constitute a confirmed booking until you receive written confirmation from our team.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FiftyEight PR does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FiftyEight PR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, lost profits, or damages resulting from events outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
